Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands
Shipping per parcel: 5.90. The minimum order value
is 50.00. We accept payments by credit card, advanced payment
(invoiced) or payment on delivery.
If you choose advanced payment per invoice as method of
payment, we will send you an advance invoice with our bank details via
e-mail (pdf) the next working day at the latest.
Denmark, UK
Shipping per parcel: 9.90. The minimum order
value is 50.00. We accept payments by credit card, advanced payment
(invoiced) or payment on delivery.
If you choose advanced payment per invoice as method of
payment, we will send you an advance invoice with our bank details via
e-mail (pdf) the next working day at the latest.
Czech Republic, Finland, Greece,
Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden
Shipping per parcel 15.00. The minimum order value
is 50.00. We accept payments by credit card or advanced payment
(invoiced).
If you choose advanced payment per invoice as method of
payment, we will send you an advance invoice with our bank details via
e-mail (pdf) the next working day at the latest.
Ireland, Hungary,
Poland, and Slovenia
Shipping per parcel 25.00. The minimum order value
is 50.00. We accept payments by credit card or advanced payment
(invoiced).
If you choose advanced payment per invoice as method of
payment, we will send you an advance invoice with our bank details via
e-mail (pdf) the next working day at the latest.
The contract of sale is binding once the goods are dispatched. Your right
of cancellation normally lasts 14 days, but we go beyond standard
regulations and grant you 30 days!
If you want to make use of this right and do not reside in
Germany or Austria, please return the goods prepaid as standard parcel. We
will gladly refund postage. Please choose the cheapest parcel company.
We will not refund extra charges (e.g. for express or overnight
dispatch).
If you reside in Germany or Austria please do call us first.
We will send you a free parcel sticker, or have the goods collected from you
directly. No need to go to the post office! As non prepaid packages
incur high surcharges we are unfortunately unable to accept this option.
Please wrap all goods carefully in the original packaging, making sure it
can cannot be damaged. Please protect the original packaging by using
wrapping or an additional box. Also, please do not stick anything
onto the original packaging.
The right of cancellation applies to all non-commercial customers
within the European Union.
All goods remain the property of Keimling until receipt of full payment.
Personal data is stored electronically.
In the unlikely event that we cannot come to an agreement about an
order, in the interests of customer services we will settle the
account quickly and transfer the difference to your account.
You continue to enjoy full support even after purchasing products. Just
to be on the safe side, we always plan ahead and stock almost all spare
parts. To avoid the types of lengthy repairs you sometimes experience with
other makers, our in-house technical experts carry out all repairs
in-house, quickly and professionally.
